What's New—June 2023
Hello everyone,
We spent June working on a couple of under-the-hood improvements to make your event planning experience smoother.
Here are the latest updates from Backstage.
- Export the list of attendees who bookmarked a particular session. Access this option from the Bookmarked tab under the Attendees tab on the Summary page for a session.
- For Canada, the tax rates you've set for tickets can be changed even after the event has begun. To modify this, go to the Tax tab in the Tickets tab. When setting up a new tax rate, the selected rate will only be applied to new orders. Old orders will still have the old tax rate applied.
- Form responses can be viewed and edited by users who are signed in to the microsite after they submit their responses.
- More options to set up and manage custom forms such as form status, expiry, response limits, and view and edit access are now available.
- Choose what notification banner must be displayed at the top of the event microsite. Click the Top banner tab under the Settings tab inside the Design tab to set this up.
