Step-up your automation game with Custom Functions -  a small block of code that executes specific instructions whenever a certain criteria is met. 

For instance, you offer a 10% discount on the total invoice amount whenever a payment is made before the due date. In this case, you can create a custom function in Zoho Inventory where you set the criteria to automatically detect when a payment is made before the due date. And then, you write a custom function to apply the discount and calculate the new net amount. This custom function is automatically triggered whenever the execution criteria has been met. Periodically download your complete organizational details to your hard-drive from Zoho Inventory in a single compressed file.
