Hello customers,
We've been working towards bringing you new features and updates to improve your experience with Zoho Inventory. Here's what's new for March:
Incoming Webhooks are used to execute custom functions in Zoho Inventory based on data from third-party websites or services. Once you configure an incoming webhook and trigger an action from the source, the custom function configured will be triggered and executed.
To get started, go to Settings > Developer Space and click Incoming Webhooks.
You can now configure a default tax rate that will be applied when neither the contact nor the items have a tax rate associated with them.
To configure a default tax, go to Settings > Taxes, hover over the tax you want to mark as default, and click Mark as Default.
We've introduced Amazon Global Selling, an enhancement to the Amazon integration that lets you manage the items you're selling in Amazon's United States and Canada marketplaces, from a single organization.
Go to Settings > Integrations > eCommerce to get started.
We introduced Autoscan, a feature that lets you upload documents, such as receipts, and automatically convert them into transactions in Zoho Inventory.
These are some of the major updates that were rolled out. You can visit the What's New timeline to view a list of all the updates that were made to Zoho Inventory.
Let us know your thoughts about these features in the comments below. If you need any assistance, write to us at support@zoho-inventory.com.
Best regards,
The Zoho Inventory Team
