We've got some amazing product enhancements that will improve your invoicing experience in Zoho Invoice . Check them out below!

Enhanced Version of Zoho Invoice - Zoho Projects Integration


We have enhanced the Zoho Invoice - Zoho Projects integration. In this, you will be able to sync project related data such as Project info, Tasks, Bugs, Timesheets and its users from Zoho Projects to Zoho Invoice.With the imported data, you can send invoices from Zoho Invoice.


This enhanced version is currently available only for the new users. We're working on the migration for existing users and we'll keep this space posted.

 

Bulk Email Option for Payments Received 

 

Tired of manually sending out payment receipts to your customers? Not any more! We have introduced Bulk Email option for the payment receipts. You just have to select them and click the mail icon on the top. All your payment receipts will be sent to the respective customers.



 

Bulk Update for Credit Notes, Projects, Invoices

 

No more the pain of manually updating changes in each and every transaction! With the new Bulk Update feature in Credit Notes, Projects and Invoices, even the slightest of the modification can be updated in all the transactions at the same time.


 



Associate Additional Billing and Shipping Addresses to Recurring Invoices

So far, you will be able to associate only the primary address of your customer to the recurring profiles you create for them. We have enhanced this and from now on, for customers with multiple addresses, you can choose to associate any one of those addresses to their recurring profiles.




 

Import Retainer Payments

 

Retainer payments can now be exclusively imported into Zoho Invoice. This option would be available in the Payments Received module.
