Whatsapp Integration Fix

Hello, I believe WhatsApp integration should be fixed. Right now all emails appear as unread but there is no way to mark it as read. I understand that the way to mark it as read may be just answering, in which case the notification dissapears. But this does not happen on already closed chats, not answered ones (that 24 hours have already passed) or the ones where simply I am sending a payment reminder. Why would a notification appear being marked as unread if I have only sent a template and the customer has not even responded?
