Which apps come with a standard business subscription ($3/user/month)?

Hello,
I am just new to Zoho and have created and upgraded to standard all the 8 users in our organization.

Which apps can we use. All the apps are still asking me to upgrade, yet on the FAQ Zoho guarantees some free versions of these.

A detailed answer of which apps and how much we can use them would be amazing.
