We are a wholesaler, so we ship orders for our retailers directly to their customers.  In zoho we enter the retailer as our Customer and add their customer as the "ship to".  The problem is: when we create the UPS Carrier shipping label, zoho pulls the retailer company name and forces it into the "ship to" address.  This cannot be edited on the update address screen when creating a UPS label.  Actually neither the FROM or the TO company names are available on the update address screen.  So this creates a big ship from and to company name issue for us.... How are the wholesale/manufactures handling this?
