I've noticed that not all slider values are displayed in the reports for my survey. It appears that the final (last) value of the slider is always omitted form the report. 

For example. 

I have a slider with value range of 0 to 2 (3 points)

However in the report only values 0 and 1 are displayed.

I would appreciate help resolving the issue.
