Why do templates have different field capabilities for signers and recipients?

If I set up a template, I can select to have the customer/client fill in their full name, and many other fields. But, when I select myself, I can only fill in: initial, date, signature, and "text". Why can't I have the same options as the recipient? Or at least let me fill in my own name....leaving it as a free form text field can introduce errors.

Ideal: parity between what a customer fills in and what I fill in.

Acceptable: Add in "full name' in the template for the intra-business user.
