Having tried posting this several times, I am attaching it as a document instead. I tried "bite-size" pieces, multiple forums and sub-forums, multiple account names, and it still would not post. The inability of the ZOHO system to deal with that, no error messages, no nothing, lost data, buggy, ..., it all makes posting this much easier.
I am leaving ZOHO after a year of trying to make it work - Business, CRM, Creator, and Project. It simply does not, will not, and although the folks working for Zoho are great, there is no ethic of customer service or accountability. The saying goes: "It's not just good, it's good enough". Well, it isn't for me, and it shouldn't be for anyone else either.
