Why is there no task management and collaboration for clients?
Currently there is no task management or collaboration options within zoho or the zoho one package. This is quite poor at this stage. The purpose of zoho is to bring all apps in house instead of using many different software options. There should be a software option to share task lists and progress/milestones with clients and they can check these off as they complete them. This should be a private login.
Projects is pointless as it requires a subscription for a user and when you have 100s of clients a year this is not practical. Basically an option similar to "zenkit to do list" but through our zoho crm. I should be able to select a client in zoho crm and share a task list template with them that can be checked of by them as they complete each task.
