Why is Zoho Commerce not part of the Zoho One package?

Why is Zoho Commerce not part of the Zoho One package?

May I get a clear explanation as to why Zoho Commerce is not included in the Zoho One package?

E-commerce is a very hot vertical and it seems Zoho should love to have many users on the e-commerce platform which carries their name. I'm curious to know how, strategically, it was decided that Zoho Commerce would not be included in Zoho One??
