Why is Zoho Support so bad these days?
We're loyal Zoho One customers but wow the support is beyond horrible.
1. All support tickets turn into extremely long and wacky back and forth exchanges that cover days to weeks...Even for extremely minor requests.
2. The language barrier is INSANE. I've never spoken to a Zoho employee that I could understand. Seriously, I'm a big fan of the software but I can't even understand what anyone is saying EVER. It's like listening to a parrot attempt to speak Chinese.
3. I just had to cancel Premium Support because it's the biggest joke in the history of the planet.
I LOVE Zoho One Apps but I'm sad that the support team is so bad...
