Why was price not honored for those in trial when price was increased?
It seems that all it took was a simple email to those that were in trial to notify them of the price increase. Why was this not done? The Zoho CEO was upset when he wasn't notified about the domain being shut down, but then Zoho turns around and does it to their own customers.
