Before I commit to Zoho (from QBO), I need to know this very important question.   I do have two questions though:

1.  If customer John Doe has an invoice in Zoho which he pays electronically using the Stripe integration, I realize Zoho will place the processing fee into the correct expense account and the rest of the payment into the correct income account, but will Zoho credit his invoice with the payment?

2.  If instead of John Doe paying his invoice online, he comes to my store and pays in person with a credit card(using a Stripe reader), will Zoho still track and properly organize this transaction?
