Word pluggin problem again

Word pluggin problem again

Hi,
The word pluggin is a great idea but it is not working.
I have tried to use it a few months ago but found it too buggy and abandoned it. Today, just today, I reinstalled it hoping that things have improved over the last 3-4 months. But they have not.
1. When I tried to sync a word doc into zoho, the pluggin says it is created. Then I opened zoho writer but it wasn't there. I logged out of zoho and logged in again, and there they were -- 2 files of the same name, same content.
2. Okay, then I started to work on the doc again (on word). The tried to save the revised things into zoho thru the pluggin. Could not. It only told me to save as .doc. Uh oh, that means the online side is not functioning at all. Then what's the point?

I love the idea of online-offline sync, but as it now is, the pluggin seems not to be functioning. As least that is the case with me, after such a long wait.
