Wordpress email issue

Hi,
 
I checked many threads on this forum and many people are having the same issue, definitely, the cause of the problem would be different. My mx records are fine and since these are external emails, so have done appropriate settings in my hosting as well. The emails still won't get delivered if sent from a website contact form. I found out about the Zoho plugin from one of the topics. I tried that and it gives me an error saying 'Invalid From Address' while configuring the plugin. I had also emailed the support but did not get any reply yet. The website is painfreephysio.com and the support email I had sent from is hamza@2080solutions.com.au. I would really appreciate if this is fixed as the emails aren't delivered if sent from a website contact form. The website is a wordpress site.
