Work flow not triggering-- in creator 6
I have an application. It has a Payment received form with the 'Inv/Ret' field, 'Amount', and 'Amount accounts' fields.
My requirement:- When 'Inv/Ret' is null AND 'Amount' is not null and 'Amount accounts' is not null.

It should send a mail to the login user id with a message after say 2 minutes(just for testing) Actually I want it to send an email till the login user fills in the 'Inv/Ret' field every 12 hours daily.
Email is getting triggered without the conditions. The Zoho creator team could not solve it. I have been in touch with them for almost a fortnight. Can anyone help me?
