Workdrive error when added to G-Suite

I have added Workdrive to my G-mail inside G-Suite and it loaded fine.

It showed up fine and when I tried to connect to a document that was emailed to me, this happened.

I've uninstalled and reinstalled twice but it now has this same problem.
