Workdrive - Recovered deleted file shows invalid url

Hello
I would like to restore a file from the workdrive. I have already restored the file via the admin panel at Workdrive and created a folder. But now I can't open the file because it only shows "invalid URL". I would like to ask who has had this problem or would appreciate if a Zoho support person would get back to me.
