Workflow rule for packages/shipments - In app notifications/emails
Hello,
Id like to create emails or in app notifications for packages and shipments. Anyone know if this is possible?
Scenario:
Sales team create sales order for immediate invoice/payment and collection. Ideally would like a in app notification to be sent to warehouse team for when a packing slip is created for them to fulfil the order and once marked as delivered by warehouse team, send a email to the customer that it has been collected.
