Workforce Management and Forecasting
We're wanting a tool that can analyze call volume, ticket volume, etc to forecast out schedules and future hiring plans. I know there are some forecasting options available within Zoho Analytics, but is there anything built into Zoho People that will allow us to integrate with data in Zono Desk such as ticket volume and help us with our hiring and scheduling forecasts?
