Working with Candidates

Hello All, As a recruiting firm, we focus a lot of time working with candidates, and quarterbacking them through the system. I spend a lot of time looking at the candidate list (in the candidates module) of active candidates who are currently associated with jobs in our system. The problem is that all of the jobs have very similar titles, so it is hard for me to tell exactly which job they are associated with when looking at the candidate list. When I list the Candidate Status: It shows the title of the job they are associated with. However, I have several jobs that are "Filed Service Technician or Maintenance Manager, etc. I can never decisively tell which company they are associated with and therefore which job they are associated with. It would be incredibly helpful if you were able to list the company of the job they are associated with as well as the job title they are associated with when interacting with the Candidate Module in List view. My goal is to have one large list that at a glance I can see all of the active candidates in our system that are currently working through job openings. I would like to instantly be able to tell where they are in the process, and with what companies they are interacting with. This one comprehensive view of my "Candidates in Play" would be very helpful. I can send a screenshot if that would be of value, for you to see what exactly what I mean.
