I have a very serious problem, I set the ZohoMail and Zohosite tools for my brother, by the domain: www.limpkom.com.br, as had problems accessing your site administrator after a few hits with the message that does not have access and should look for the administrator, made some attempts and in some of these I registered IP to access the account and the result was that now I can not even access the machine where I registered , I need to reset this setting, but how do I do this if I can't get in, the zoho can reset my settings or even close my account so I can redo and release the domain.
