The Zia Rating is a neat idea to help jump to some initial candidates first. However Zia cannot scan any candidate without a resume attached. All of the candidates without resumes attached have filled out provides including all of the information that would be on a resume so I'm not sure why Zia cannot use that data. In fact I would prefer it since then I know the data is being scanned properly where as who knows if the PDF is actually parsed properly.
Just a future suggestion for improvements, since all the data is available on the customer record, Zia should use that data when available.
