The app Bookings has recently been enabled on our Zoho One Admin Panel.  When I try to assign users, the user I want to assign Pamela England returns and error.  The error states "User is already present in another account."

I have reached out to Pamela and she is not using Bookings currently.  I have successfully added another user on our team.

Can you assist in resolving this issue so I can add the user Pamela England.
