As i understand it seems that its possible to use the gmail ecosystem with zoho mail.

The extended family has chosen to move to zoho - because gmail has become too expensive - but i still have a lot of integrations with gmail that i use. So in an attempt to not double handle things I was hoping to use the gmail system.

I have given it a shot on my own - adding 'check emails from other accounts' in gmail but haven't had any luck.

I usually get a password error even though i'm using my zoho password. So i'm thinking maybe i'm using the wrong username, but i'm not sure which one i should be using.

Is there a step by step process somewhere that might walk me through it - there was once a time i was good at this sort of thing, those days have passed it seems.

Basically the setup i want is to be able to use my old gmail account - because i use the calander and all sorts of things - while receiving and sending make WITH gmail, from the zoho account. This way i can just never leave the gmail app.
