Zoho App Says: No Portals Received from Server

I have downloaded the Zoho Support app and would like to log in to my account to look at tickets and such. When I use the login that I use on the zoho support website, I get a "No Portals Received From Server" error. It then keeps me loged in but I cant get past the swipe to the left page.

Any suggestions????
