When you use Assist for Remote Support, does the session host giving support to a guest have priority mouse control on the guest's screen. I tried another application when the user was disabled and was using a headmouse and when he moved his head, he moved his mouse and it was impossible for me to take control of his screen as that particular remote desktop application gives priority to the mouse of the guest.
