ZOHO Assist Not Connecting

ZOHO Assist Not Connecting

I am evaluating ZOHO Assist, and I've been unable to make connections with the test subjects. 

The first test was done in house, from another machine. Using the Desktop App, I started the Session, and entered the Session Key at http://join.zoho.com, after acknowledging the Java Runtime and the .exe down/run the Client end just sat at Connecting. No firewall warnings, with Windows Firewall (Default settings).

The Second Test was done with a remote computer. Same results.

I am apparently missing something, or perhaps the service is down while I am attempting to Evaluate the product. 

At the moment, it looks promising, but with it not working I doubt I can subscribe. Any thoughts or suggestions?
