Zoho Assist: soft focus remote image (remote is macOS)

Hello

Scenario:
- Technician: macOS Sequoia
- User: macOS Sequoia
- Problem: The image on the technician side is a little blurry. I can describe it only as "soft focus".

No changes to color quality of remote screen resolution make any difference.

But if the user's machine is Windows 11, the picture is crispy by default (color quality 75%).

Any ideas?
