Zoho Bookings Adding a Date of Birth Field

How can you add a functional & practical date of birth field in Zoho bookings? The date field currently available is totally impractical and you can't even label a basic text box as there is no way to effectively communicate to user how to add the correct data. 

So is there any solutions?
