Zoho Bookings | Scheduled downtime for EU users on September 27th, 2020.

Dear Customers,

We want to make you aware that we've scheduled a maintenance activity at our EU data centers on Sunday, September 27th, 2020, from 1:30 AM to 1:45 AM CEST (Central European Summer Time).

During this period, Zoho Bookings will be completely unavailable for the accounts in our EU data centers. This means that the following will be temporarily inaccessible.

1. Your Zoho Bookings account
2. The booking page links
3. APIs, Integrations and calendar syncs

Note: Everything will recover back post the maintenance period.

We're relocating some Bookings-related databases—which are used by all accounts in our EU data centers—to a separate cluster. This aims to improve the availability of these databases and prevent any slowness in the Bookings app that may result from a delay in receiving information from them.

We'll keep this post updated.

We'd also like to thank you for your understanding. If you have any questions or concerns in this regard, please reach out to us at support@zohoone.com or comment below.

Wishing you safety and good health,
The Zoho One Team

      • How to Add Users to your Organization in ZohoMail?

A better clarity so you can create other users to start using Zoho Mail. You can directly Add Users from the Control Panel to your Organization. You can invite users with the existing email address. If the person (user) already uses ZohoCRM, then you can import users from Zoho CRM. You can also import them using a .csv file. (if you are planning to add them in Bulk)  In this topic, We will be discussing on how to Add and Invite users only.  The Import options are self explanatory. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________
