Zoho books auto deletion happened because of inactivity - any options to get it restored?

It was a shocker to see a mail with the subject like "your organization ---- has been deleted". We were in free plan for couple of years because of no business and Covid 19 pandemic. Even mail servers were down due to some issues. But after restoring it we thought of accessing Zoho Books but login was not happening and when checked the mail, got to see this.

Community members, we are from India and we never imagined such a situation. Is there a way to get the books account restored. Any commercials involved in that. Please help
