I was wondering something and can't seem to find an answer or a way to do it.

In Zoho Books when you make an e-mail notification for example for quotes.

When you manage the template, you need to select a from address. If you leave it blank it will take the default organization email.

Now with the integration with Zoho CRM we would like the sales team to be able to send quote. The issue is that the quote email come with the default Zoho Books address, or we can configure one in the template.

But since Zoho CRM doesn’t manage mail box that aren’t connected to a user for example if they use sales@company.com and the customer respond that would not be track in the CRM client as this doesn’t belong to any of the CRM users so can’t add it.

So now each time they send a quote they need to change the from address to their address. Anyway, to have it be by default?

Looking in the email notification template you can’t set a placeholder field for the user email only the company and pretty sure the from will not take placeholder.

Any advice on how to have the quotes (only quotes) be sent out by default from the user doing the quote.
