I am unable to get the Zoho Calendar to sync properly with Outlook 2007 (win 7 SP1, 32 bit). . When I do my first sync, MANY of the events come in on the wrong days. I had several series (reoccurrences) set up for Tuesdays and Saturdays, but when they synced with Zoho from Outlook using the plugin, they showed up on Mondays and Fridays. I only checked the obvious ones I knew for sure were wrong, but I can't trust any event now. I then tried  clearing the Zoho Calendar and resync'd, but NOTHING showed up. Not acceptable. My only recourse is to try and clear my OL calendar, repopulate it with an ics file and try syncing again, but I have zero confidence it will work properly.

 

Secondly, when I added an event in Outlook, it never showed up in the Zoho Calendar. Isn't that the purpose of the sync? to be able to edit in OL or online and then have it sync? I was never able to get it to work consistently or at all.  Also not acceptable.

 

Thirdly, I was planning on having this as a public shared calendar that our group can subscribe to, get notifications from  and print the online monthly version. But the printing is so bad it's unusable. Please provide customization of the printing so the events can be viewed acceptably in a monthly print view. As simple as allowing different font sizes would be a start so you can see the main subject of the event when printing. I never got around to testing the subscriptions or notifications because the ability to print is so bad, it's not worth even trying.

 

Unless these three issues can be resolved, I seriously doubt I can use this product and don't recommend it to anyone. I had high hopes for it, but alas, it's useless at this point.
