Traditionnellement, une agence de marketing numérique doit s'inscrire séparément pour gérer les campagnes par email de chaque client. Avec cette édition, vous n'avez besoin que d'un seul compte parent. Vous pouvez gérer tous vos différents clients depuis la console Agence : ajoutez, supprimez, gérez et envoyez des campagnes au nom des clients.
  • Redistribuez les licences entre vos clients
L'édition Agence permet d'acheter des licences en gros et de les distribuer ensuite à leurs clients, en fonction de leurs besoins.
Prenons l'exemple de Zylker, qui peut désormais acheter 10 000 licences et les répartir en conséquence entre les comptes A, B et C. Auparavant, Zylker devait acheter des plans différents pour les trois comptes, et tenir à jour les limites et les dates d'expiration pour chacun d'eux. Si un client dépassait sa limite, Zykler devait passer du temps à le contacter pour faire approuver les fonds nécessaires à l'achat de licences supplémentaires.

Avec l'édition Agence de Zoho Campaigns, vous pouvez sauter cette étape grâce à la possibilité de réaffecter des licences d'un compte à un autre. Dans le cas où un client mettrait fin à sa relation avec votre agence, ses licences peuvent toujours être réaffectées à vos autres clients.
