Zoho Campaings needs live Chat support and we need it NOW!
Hi Everyone,
I would like to know if there are any other small business owners like myself that try to keep costs down by DIYing on things like Zoho Campaigns. There is a lot of power in this new UI, but the help instructions often fall short or are written by and for the people who already know how things work, not for us dummies.
So I am going to ask the help of those of you who have had the experience of trying to figure something out and then send an email only to have to wait several hours or until the next day for an answer. To then just receive a short email with a link to the same instructions that were not helpful in the first place. When if you only had someone to answer the question in the moment that you were trying to get something done, you could get the answer and move forward instead of waiting for an email response that may or may not answer your question sufficiently.
I need your help trying to convince the support team at Zoho Campaigns to once and for all give us live chat. I personally think all paid users of all Zoho platforms should have live chat. It works so well when you are in Zoho CRM and get stuck. You reach out via chat and viola, you get help and if you are really stuck, they will screen share via Zoho assist and get your problem worked out.
Isn't it time we had the same in Zoho Campaigns?
So please if you agree let the Campaigns team know by responding or liking this post.

Email Deliverability Tip #3: Seal the deal with the preheader
In the last post, we learned about the subject line. Today we'll be learning about the preheader. A preheader is the short text that follows the subject line in an email. The preheader is designed to hint at what your email message is all about. A good preheader should act as a second subject line and convince your contacts to open the email. Now, let's learn the best way to craft a preheader. Your subject line and preheader should work together and accurately convey the gist of your email. Keep
Tip of the week 15 - Add subscription-preferences option. Drive more engagement.
If crafting content for emails, getting creatives done, and running email campaigns is your love, then unsubscribes are the heartbreakers. You can save your emails from being unsubscribed/trashed by adding a proper subscription-preferences option in your emails (works best at the time of signup). Giving subscribers the option to choose what they want to receive from you and decide how often (frequency of the emails) your emails should hit their inboxes will increase the reach of your campaigns manifolds.
