Zoho Card Scanner mobile app OCR weakness on Latin 2 special characters and problems reading European styled addresses

I just bought Zoho Card Scanner mobile app, for the sake of Zoho CRM integration. especially leads, as I can't use my existing card scanner app which saves to local contacts, which are synced to Outlook, but from there I don't want to create Zoho Contacts, but Leads, which is currently not supported by the the Zoho CRM Outlook integration.

1. After scanning a bunch of cards I report that Zoho Card Scanner mobile app shows OCR weakness on Latin 2 special characters as: ö,ä,ü.Ä,Ü,é,à,è...

The card reader product I used before has explicit support of multilingual OCR.

2. Most of the address blocks are read as single line string and mapped by the Card Scanner into the street field.

Street 123
Optional-PO-Box
CC-1234 Place (optional Region)
Countryname

CC= ISO country code
(optional Region) = used in large countries as Germany, France but often omitted as ZIP first two digits represents the region
Countryname = often omitted as CC is the same: DE, FR, UK, IT, FR, NL, BE, SP...

I look out for the next update on my iPhone :-) Thank you.
