Does Zoho Commerce have full self-service customer portal included with the product? We currently use Wordpress + Woocommerce for our online store but am considering switching over to Zoho Commerce if the features are the same. I guess I'm wondering if Zoho Commerce has a portal OR if we would just use Zoho CRM as the portal when using Zoho Commerce?
Why are we switching? Because we want to move all of our software into the Zoho One Ecosystem.
