We are users of Zoho One and are looking at putting our website on Zoho Commerce.

My question is- Does the product sync with Zoho Inventory automatically sync all items in Zoho Inventory? How do I make sure that some items do not sync?

We are manufacturers and have some parts (such as screws) which we purchase using inventory but we do not sell them seperately- they get integrated in the final our product. 

Most of what we sell are composite items, is it possible to limit the inventory sync to composite items?
