Zoho Connect Trouble with Avatarpics, Forecast-pics and missing Files
Hello and ask for help,
pretty much since the launch of Zoho Connect, all of us team members are having issues that are very unusual for a professional system like Zoho Connect.
In the browsers of Safari, sometimes in Firefox all our Users are missing:
-whole company files
-All thumbnails
-all avatar images of the users
Mostly it works then in Firefox browser but even there sometimes not. Or in Chrome.
Almost all members use iPads or MacBooks and there Safari is standard.
We don't understand why the problem exists for so long.
