I am trying to create a portal for clients to give us information. I need to be able to associate their creator portal accounts with their CRM IDs so that CRM data source forms would be prefilled with what we know and then can be updated with new information in the appropriate modules. 

The ability to manipulate the forms created with a data source seems incredibly limited unless I am missing something. This kind of functionality does exist in zoho Forms.  Is there any way to achieve this with the CRM being used as a data source or am I stuck basically mirroring the CRM database in creator and then updating the CRM through API calls whenever the creator forms are updated. I know I can achieve this through a bunch of coding but that just seems more brittle than if zoho has a built in way with the data source option.
