Zoho Creator: "Custom Solution" help needed

Hello,

I've been going back and forth with Zoho support for 4+ days now and hoping someone here can help me solve this instead. We've upgraded our Zoho One Account to include the ability to create & publish "custom solutions". However, Zoho keeps telling me it's activated yet I cannot find and/or access that area. Can someone help me locate the area to work on the custom solutions? I have a .ds file ready to import...

*Zoho support always has very nice people but they don't understand that customer expectations in 2022 require faster and better responses. Sometimes I wait 1-3 days for a response and then I have to wait another 1-3 days on another response, simply clarifying what the first email said. It's a painful process...It's taken me 4+ days to try and get this issue resolved :(
btw, I cancelled "premium support" because there really wasn't anything "premium" about it tbh.
