Zoho Creator: Sending Approval Notifications via Email
Hi Team,
We set a form for Approvals. What we want to do is all pending approval requests (notifications) will be sent via email at 7PM every night.
All approval requests go to the "Approvals". In the Approvals, we have "Pending" and "Completed".
We have tried using "fetch record" task in the "Schedules Workflow", but since the "Approvals" is not a form, we can't fetch the pending requests.
If we write the script inside the "Approvals" workflow, we can't set a schedule to send the notifications at 7PM.
Any idea how we can achieve this? Thank you.
