Zoho Creator : Updating Records via Import. Can't use Autonumber or ZohoRecordID ?
Hi,
I am trying to use the function to update a report with an import. I'm running in to the error :
"unable to update because the form has no column with unique values"
In the release notes it says
"unable to update because the form has no column with unique values"
In the release notes it says
Only field with unique values can be used to compare values and update
records. Make sure the 'no duplicate values' option is checked for that
field in the form properties
However the two unique fields I want to use are either the system generated Zoho Record ID or an Autonumber - neither of which have a "no duplicates" option as they are system generated. These are ideal fields to use as the identifyer for a unique record so I don't understand why I can't use either ?
