Zoho CRM and Wordpress portal integration?
Hello Zoho team,
our organisation is planning on adding a customer section to our website that's hosted on Wordpress. We want to achieve the following features:
1. Contacts that are in our CRM should be able to login with their Email and password.
2. After logging in, they can check and change their personal information, which should be synced to CRM.
3. After logging in, they can check the contact information of other certain customers (with consent).
4. After logging in, they can click on a button that autofills and submits a form with their personal information. For example, they can click on a button to register themselves for an event.
I am not sure what is the best way to approach this. I've looked at the plugins for Wordpress, but I am not sure to what extent do they support the desired features. I would be grateful for any suggestions or help. Thanks.

I'd like to pull new leads from the CRM system, into Creator, on a daily basis. Is this possible? Yes, it is possible. Zoho Creator and Zoho CRM are integrated with each other, enabling you to synchronize data between them. This is done by fetching records from CRM into a Zoho Creator form. In order to achieve this, you'll have to configure a workflow alert in Zoho CRM.
