Hi team,
Ever since Friday (19/04/2024), the function to send Mail Merge documents from Zoho CRM to our clients utilising Zoho Sign is not working - error message "Unable to create document using the selected template. Please try again later or create document using different template".
I've tried creating a blank template to test and received the same message.
Please look at the issue ASAP and fix; I went on screen-share with technical rep. from Zoho CRM team but no solution was provided.
Urgent assistance required as this is critical for our business.
