Zoho CRM Mobile App not syncing accurately

My tasks on my laptop do not match the tasks on my iphone using Zoho Mobile CRM app.  For example, I show 21 tasks for today on my laptop and only 14 on my iphone.  I have tried the suggestion of "resent application" and it doesn't solve the problem. 
 
I have emailed support@zohomobile.com and a very frustrated with the response - you offer a solution and seem to close the ticket even if it doesn't work. 
 
Please help resolve this issue.
