Zoho CRM on Android App
Hey,
I have an issue with data not synching between the Android app of Zoho CRM and Zoho CRM web-based on our pc. Help?
Half of one of our agent's calls today were only logged on her phone and not synched. The other half synched successfully.
There is an error message that "Something went wrong" in each contact with an unsynched call which we find in "Unsynced records list".
